Hi, I’m Lucia;  a multi-disciplinary designer shaped by 15+ years of experience in the fields of architecture, creative and UX design, project/program management, and operations. My unique experience has led to an enthusiastic and creative approach to problem-solving in not only design challenges but also in creating and implementing workflows and processes with a human lens. To me, ALL experiences can optimized. With a passion for organization and attention to detail, I thrive by empowering teams and individuals to be set up for success. Born and raised in Guatemala, I currently make Montana my home where I live with my husband, 2 wonderful (foster) boys, 2 cats & 2 dogs. I have ambitions to master the extreme Montana weather and successfully grow a vegetable garden, though that day has not yet arrived.
